ADARE WEDDING | E & B
Emma & Ben | The Dunraven Arms, Adare wedding photographer |
This one was special from the moment I heard about it.
Emma grew up just down the road in Crecora, and coming home to Adare to get married — to her Yorkshire man Ben, no less — made for a day loaded with meaning before it even began. They met at the gym in Manchester in 2020, fell in love through lockdown, got engaged at sunset in Positano, and chose the Dunraven to make it official. The full package.
And what a day they put together. A clean girl aesthetic through and through — all white florals by Lawless Flowers, a Caroline Takvorian gown from Pearl Lane, and an intimate guest list of 55 people who clearly adored this couple. They made history as the first pair to marry in the Dunraven’s conservatory, sunlight pouring through the glass while harpist Niamh O’Brien played and Emma walked in on her father’s arm. They wrote their own vows. The room was in bits — in the best possible way.
The drinks reception in the garden was an absolute vibe — Solo Sax Guy, a spritz bar, Jenga in the July sunshine. First dance was Landslide by Fleetwood Mac. The Mixtape kept the floor packed all night.
Genuinely one of my favourite days behind the lens. Emma and Ben, thank you for having me. These memories are all you’re left with — and yours are beautiful. 🤍
