2018 was busy. We moved back to our hometown of Dungarvan. Our new home couldn’t be more perfect for us but there is plenty to do. It’s very ’70’s’ with great light and a garden that has revealed new layers each week. Our son Finn started play school and we were very excited to find out that we have another little person on the way!
Of course along with domestic life and upgrading our home my job as an Irish wedding photographer took me all over Ireland documenting some incredible stories. Everywhere from Dublin to Dingle and some of my favourite moments are gathered here. Thank you to all the amazing people I met along the way. I got to hang out in some truly unique wedding venues and with some of the most talented, hard-working vendors from videographers to florists and make-up artists to some very helpful and accommodating wedding planners. As a wedding photographer I am witness to incredibly intimate, meaningful moments and these experiences have done nothing but reaffirm my faith in humanity. Thank you to all the couples that placed their trust in me and welcomed me into their lives on such an important day.
In terms of the photography below, I have a huge list of photographs I consider personal favourites that are not included. They may not be the most Instagrammable but to those that matter I hope they will be family heirlooms.
