There were so many elements to this wedding that made it a fantastic day. The Portugese weather, ambience and delicious seafood definitely helped. All the guests seemed to embrace the opportunity to kick back and enjoy some sunshine and the wedding celebrations. Deirdre and David’s easy and friendly manner created a great atmosphere. The urban (church) and more rural (reception) settings were a nice mix. The meal (too many courses to count!) and lively entertainment were the perfect end to the day.
I should mention the wedding planners who were fantastic i.e. Paula of Algarve Wedding Planners and the band Double Cocktail who were involved throughout the wedding day performing at the church and reception and doing MC duties in between.
