We love a big party but there is something special about a small family orientated wedding. For us, it’s a reminder of what the day is really about. Sarah and Grant are both from the US. When Grant was younger his family moved to Kinsale for a few years. So when he and Sarah decided to have a small destination wedding, Ireland was top of the location list. Both families stayed in Dunowen house for a week and it was the perfect spot to spend the wedding day. Previously owned by Noel Redding (bass player for Jimi Hendrix) there is a beautiful cove at the end of the laneway and dramatic headlands a few minutes drive from the house. Kela, the owner, made delicious vegan food that had everyone coming back for seconds. The format and tone of the wedding were very intimate, meaningful and relaxed so it was fitting to finish off proceedings in legendary Clonakilty pub Debarras. We are really grateful to have been asked to witness Sarah and Grant’s day with their nearest and dearest.

Another beautiful and different wedding. You certainly captured the relaxed, fun and intimate atmosphere of the day to quote the bride and groom. It must be very gratifying to have your work so appreciated by your clients.

      Shane and Adele,

We cannot thank you enough for these beautiful photos! We are so grateful to have the wedding documented in a way that captured the relaxed, fun, and intimate atmosphere of the day.

We enjoyed every interaction we had with you, including the planning leading up to our wedding day. You were both fun to work and interact with and made everyone feel more at ease. We were also impressed with your ability to seamlessly blend in despite it being such a small wedding. We are very happy that we chose you as our wedding photographers, and highly recommend you to anyone else trying to decide on a photographer for their wedding.

      Thanks again,
      Grant & Sarah
